Beginning in 2008 The Jack Frarey Memorial Award for Excellence is given twice each year to a person who most exemplifies Jack's life-long love of teaching and mentoring.

At the 63rd Meeting of the MFPT in May 2008 Dr. Howard Gaberson received the Inaugural Award.  Pictured below (l to r) are Paul Howard, Jeff Bolster (Jack's nephew and Godson), Howard, Heather Frary (Jack's daughter) and Ron Eshleman.

At the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Vibration Institute in June 2008 Dr. Edgar Gunter received the Inaugural Award.  Pictured below on the left is Dr. Gunter receiving his award from Tom Walter, our Chapter Chair.
